Nigeria Police boat appeared to be at least 7,400 miles outside its jurisdiction in the U.S. waters of and the Swinomish Channel recently. The boat’s Sedro-Woolley based builder, Workskiff, as been taking the vessel out for sea trials before it ships it to Skagit Bay Africa next month. The 50-caliber gun mounted on the bow is a dummy.
